What we're looking for
Career journeys, workplace adjustments that worked (or didn't), moments that shaped how you think about inclusion in the sector — anything you'd want another neurodivergent person considering this field to know.
Anonymity
You choose whether to be credited by name, published anonymously, or to share privately for research purposes only. You can withdraw consent for publication at any time before it goes live — just email us referencing your submission date.
What happens next
